Jason saved our trip - we had a tow ball that was too small and was fused in place and he spent 2 hours past close helping to get it off and install a ball that would allow us to tow the RV we hired. He absolutely went above and beyond and we can never thank him enough. What a legend! Cheers from the Aussies and Californians

I rented a trailer to be delivered for the country music festival in Oregon. What was delivered was a total pos. It leaked sewage( the campground asked us to haul it out because it’s was a safety hazard), all the blinds were seriously broken and 2 windows missing them completely... the A/C and bathroom fan were both broken.. sharp screws hanging from the table cushion, table broken, floor was mushy and rotted, the sink was filled with grey water and the cutting board covering it was REALLY dirty... I asked for a 24 ft trailer and got a 19 foot or smaller? All outside stickers were removed and 2 black stickers placed by the door, that said 24, I assumed they put them there... when I asked Jason to please make this right, the customer service was beyond horrible. They took my money and didn’t deliver what they promised. I Do Not Reccomend Mike’s Rv.
Bought a camper from them and he has been great to deal with, man of his word and willing to take care of things. The way he runs his business is worth the drive. He came in on a Sunday for us to show the camper. Really appreciated it.
Mike is totally unreliable. He ripped us off. Took a lot of money for parts and never called us to finish the work. We have been calling him for months. He shines us on about his being "sick", then he's out of town, excuse after excuse. The months go by, our phone calls to him continue, nothing. No response from him. I thought there was a limit to my rage over how we have been mistreated.
