Fast, knowledgeable, and courteous -Everything you want from a mechanic. I was taking a trip on short notice and needed my air conditioning and brakes done. They squeezed me into their very busy schedule the very next day and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. When I thought I might need a ride home they offered to drive me the 30+ miles, no charge. Other family members have had similar experiences and I will be using them for all my mechanical needs in the future.
This is a very focused, knowledgeable and client attentive team with Josiah, the great leader, at the helm. Always a quality job (been with them at least 4yrs with 2 cars), but what I love most is the comprehensive assessment of current and potential needs with assistance in prioritizing them. I can't afford everything my 20 & 35yo vehicles need at once, so it's nice to have educated assistance on what's most critical. In good hands!
To the "piece of work" owner, this rating is for you. Even after rating five star, your comment was not removed, this is how it goes. And your service, it really is worst than you think . Changing the oil to a volkswagen 2002 Passat with a semi-blend type instead of a full synthetic has brought more problems to my engine. I had to spend around 400$ because of your inexperienced suggestions.
