I have had excellent care here. I felt like the doctors actually cared about what was wrong.
Very surprised to see any negative reviews. Dr. Brandon Hull is absolutely the very best Dr. I have ever seen in my 68 years. His partner, Dr. Olsen has the same attention to detail, and makes sure we all understand why certain meds are needed, what they do, and potential side effects. I might move to Arizona except for not wanting to give up such an exceptional Dr. My husband and myself are so grateful to have found these Drs, and close to our home as well.
Terrible greedy Doctors, there is no other way to put it. The staff there is always quite rude and act like calling them on the phone is such a huge bother and they feel like they are better than anyone. Dr. Williams people are the worst offenders. Last Friday my Dad had the rare weekday off, and he has been in pain for a few weeks. He had hernia surgery about 15 years ago and may have reinjured it, but either way he has been in a lot of pain for a few weeks. He was told that Dr. Williams was too busy to see him and the woman on the phone was quite rude about it. They expected him to take another day off and lose $1000 of work for a high and mighty Doctor just to be referred to someone else.
I feel that I have found that the doctors at the walk in clinic are an extension of the wonderful care my primary care doctor provides. It's like have a great team for any medical needs that arise. I certainly won't hesitate should I need to be seen when the schedules of my PCO are too full. I realize that sometimes the wait is longer depending on what other patients need to be seen as well. However I want to assure others that the amount of waiting they may have is certainly less than they can expect at the emergency rooms available in our community.
I realize that at times it is hard to get scheduled in to see my primary care physician. I am grateful that Providence has this walk in clinic available to those of us that have needs that cannot wait until an appointment can be scheduled. I suppose that is what happens when you are assigned to a doctor who has a wonderful reputation in the community. ( I LOVE MY DOCTOR) So there have been times when I have had urgent needs.
This facility is HORRIBLE!! The staff is rude and discourteous! They don't know how to manage their own scheduling, and they're uneducated as to the latest medical practices and techniques. They don't care about providing quality care for patients, just running them thru like cattle. I'd give them a 0 stars if I could!! Will NEVER go back there again!
Then this week we got a letter saying Dr. Williams was switching to only sports medicine and orthopedics and dumping all other patients. I would point out he is keeping the highest paying patients. This includes my mother who suffers from Alzheimer's and does not do well with change. They reassigned her to some nurse practitioner and the Group I called had no idea of her medical history. Dr. Williams and his people are nothing but a bunch of greedy, rude people who do not care.
