Grover's has always felt a little like walking back in time whenever you enter the store, but I don't mean that in a bad way. Grover's provides a level of service seldom seen in home improvement stores. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I know many people are put-off by the way you have to take a ticket for service, but once you have a person to help you there is no doubt that you came to the right place. It's almost too bad that they really only cover electric and plumbing supplies as it would be nice to have them available for other home improvement projects. The prices at Grover's are very fair especially when you consider the lever of service that provide. Another nice feature of the store is that they carry a number of otherwise hard to find plumbing items that you might otherwise have to order. Every time I have been in any of their stores I see a van or truck from a local electrician or plumber parked outside. Any place that's this popular with the professionals that do this for a living, should be a good source for you average do it yourselfer.
Convenient but expensive, not easy to find items.
