The restroom was dirty and smelled awful. I have been there many times, but this was a below average experience. I like to be familiar with a variety of vendors that have a franchise such as gas stations and restraunts. When I like someplace, I look for those names when I travel. In this case I like Pilot MOST of the time. However it seems that they need to hire more staff at this location. It was night time and they had a stall out of service as well as the general uncleanness of the bathroom. It amazes me how much one bad experience impacts my feelings about returning there. Hopefully it was an off day instead of this being the new normal.
