I like to go here as there is a great selection of quality beverages. The staff know where to find everything and they are helpful when making a selection. There is ample parking and it is easy to get to from right off pine street.

This place has the unique ability to make you feel like a trouble maker even if it is your first time in there. They staff is rude. I understand needing to see ID - in fact, I always have it out and ready when purchasing alcohol. The staff doesn't ask for it - they just make a grabbing motion with their hand. Or they will treat you as if you are using a fake ID. They need to learn how a normal store's cashiers do their job ("Can I see your ID?") because the way this place does it they just come off as rude. I never go to this store unless I have forgotten to get something at another store. The customer service is terrible and the employees are so rude. Wouldn't surprise me if it was a front for some illicit business and that's why they're so rude to the customers - so they quit coming in.
staff are friendly. The manager...not so much. Not the greatest at custom ordering either. Better off at a Medford store.
Awesome atmosphere and great customer service. The new guy working there he is in his early 20's and has tattoos is a great worker. He helped me out multiple times and always has a great attitude. I recomend going in when he works because he will make your visit welcoming and very helpful! Five out of five stars keep it up!
