Every time I go here they have an excuse why my prescription isn't ready. "E-script is down." "We didn't receive it." "They just sent it to us." The only one mostly true was the e-script, but they lied about when they received the re-send (I was on the phone with nurse when they re-sent it). I have to go in at least once a day for 3-4 days for them to finally fill the script. Each time they swear it will be ready "in a few hours". BS! I'm switching to Walgreens or CVS or ANYONE who can do this in 24-48 hours, not 72-96 and only because I tell them I'm not leaving until I have my medicine. Polite people, but poor service.

Worst and longest wait EVER. You get in line to pick up your prescription and are told it will be another FORTY FIVE minutes after being in line for TWENTY. Then you get BACK IN LINE for 20 minutes to wait again!! Switching pharmacies tomorrow. AND the President of Albertsons was on site today!! OVER IT. They do NOT have the market cornered in Central Point!

I don't know why there are complaints about this store! They are always pleasant. The line sometimes is longer than others, but it moves quickly. They had some problems when they converted to their new computer system, but those appear to be resolved now.

I have been using this pharmacy for a few years now, and I see other people talk about the computer system causing problems, and I agree that was an issue but it isn't the biggest one for me. Lately, every time I go in there, there is an issue that all comes down to customer service. Tonight was the last straw for me. I went in to pick up a single medication for my wife that is refilled monthly. I fully understand that this medication can only be filled once every 30 days, and when I was in there on the 26th of February they told me it couldn't be filled until the 28th. Not a big deal, but they told me I didn't have to do anything, it would be ready on the 28th. Tonight, which is the 4th of March, I go in and they hadn't filled it yet. They advised me 15-20 minutes and I went shopping. I then put groceries in the car, and went back about 30 minutes later to be told that all three medications would be ready in 10 minutes. My wife had just been discharged from the hospital so I thought they must have called in more medication, which turned out to be the case. So, giving them the benefit of the doubt, I gave them 20 minutes instead of 10. When I waited in line again for the 3rd time in an hour, they advised me they were almost ready it would be another 5 minutes. I expressed to them that it was ridiculous that they kept saying more minutes and more minutes, so the lovely young lady at the counter said if I took a seat she would come get me when it was done in 5 minutes so I didn't have to wait again in line. Well, about 30 minutes later, a different young lady came out to get me, and told me to go ahead and get in line (which angered me as there were several people in line already) because the medications were ready. When I got up to get the medications, the two that were called in were ready but the one I originally asked about was not. The pharmacist advised me that they couldn't distribute it until the 5th, which again, wouldn't be a big deal as she doesn't need the medication tonight, but here is my problem. They told me on the 26th it could be filled on the 28th and I wouldn't have to do anything else except to pick it up. Then tonight, again as I said the didn't process it, but told me they could and it would be ready in 15 to 20. So after an hour and a half of waiting I get her two medications but am then told it cannot be picked up until tomorrow. Honestly, if they would've just told me to begin with it had to be picked up on the 5th (meaning on the 26th when I first went in) there would not be a problem. But to then tell me over and over it can be ready the 28th, then in 20 minutes, then in 10, then in 5, then 30 minutes later it will be ready tomorrow? I mean that is terrible customer service. To make matters worse, while waiting on the medications, it slipped my mind that I bought popcicles for my wife who is just getting out of the hospital, so when I get home already angry, I then find out they have melted and put a wonderful large stain on my back seat. But what is the worst of all to me, is that when I tried to express my frustration, the pharmacist didn't want to hear it. I will admit I was angry and probably not being as friendly as I should have, but seriously I try to tell him that they should not be telling people things will be ready in a time that they cannot fulfill, and they shouldn't be telling them that they can be picked up when they cannot be filled at all, and he doesn't care about that at all. He doesn't care that the customers are being lied to, or that they are all frustrated while waiting. I should also point out that there were two other men sitting in the "just be 5 minutes" chairs who waiting nearly a half an hour as well. Instead, he tries to talk over the top of my frustrations just to spit out the legal mumbo jumbo he has to tell me about what to not take with an antibiotic.

Friendly people, they are very helpful and have fixed several insurance issues I've had. I've been going to them for several years and have only had one issue with them which they fixed the same day. I would recommend them.

So now, tomorrow, I have to go back to get her other medication filled. I will call first about every few minutes to make sure they are ready first. Then I will never go there again.
