They were happy however to bill my card multiple times for each visit then go back and provide credits.
Not a good place to work. Training is terrible, the office manager is unbearable and you can expect to be belittled by her daily. Not a healthy environment.
My son was a patient here, an adult patient as he is 22. The office manager was horribly rude about providing me any access to his records in order that I could take care of the bills. Telling me it was his private personal information and he didn't sign a release of information, which I get however I seriously doubt the intention of the law was to keep his mother from assisting him in hi broken ankle.
Noone in my family will ever go back nor would I ever reccommend them.
