The manager is incredible rude. I was asking about a piece of mail and he just was really uppity and pretentious. It is the USPS though expecting them to be respectful is an insane thought.
The counter clerks are friendly and willing to help! The facility is also very clean and organized.
Above average customer service at the shipping counter, but the stamp vending machine was removed years ago. Jackson County needs its second self-serve parcel kiosk, so please have it installed at the Central Point Post Office (which is closed on Saturday?). :-\ Thanks in advance for the next kiosk installation!
I've personally never had a bad experience. They are always on time and very understanding people. I am more than glad to have them as my local post office.
