I also called in April to place my bill on Auto-pay. I gave my Amex card information. Dylan, the site manager said that my last payment was in March. Yet the statement I received in the mail was for the month of May. He was obviously not looking at my business account, nor was he willing to answer questions about what might have happened to my credit account information.
I am extremely frustrated with this company. We've been locked into the facility before. We punched our code into the incoming gate, and when we punched our code into the outgoing gate, it failed. The gentleman in the next vehicle behind us attempted his code as well, and it failed. This happened on a weekend, so the office was closed. We had to call the police to help us get out of the facility.
Then he said he hears this story all the time, and accused me of lying. I advised that I would be paying my bill (which includes an inappropriate late fee) and moving to a different storage company.

I would never rent a storage unit from this place.There is a problem with Mice in Units, That they will not admit To.?They require a Debit or Credit Card on File so they can charge you on the day youre storage unit is due, how convenient, no unpayed storages here. Not Business Industry's Standards. Now the Owner and His Little Puppet that lives there, are the most unprofessional business people, and flat out think they are all that, lots of misconception here...(Drives BMW)..They stand and watch you all the time that you are at youre unit. ,. No dogs allowed on site even if they stay in Youre Car, REALLY, what are you going to do when you are unloading a 26 ft truck??? Tie them up out side of the Gate in the Heat?? Some one needs to Tie them up...They dont tell you this over the phone.. And there is no Room for Large Trucks, Unloading is a night mare due to the problem of no Room for unloading.. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS, WHEN YOU RENT OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE VERY MISLEADING.... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE.. Mice Problem...
