A Heavenly experience!!
I lived in Medford when this temple was announced and built. My ward was very blessed throughout the process of building the temple, and I grew up going with other youth in my ward. It truly is a special place, and the Spirit of God can be felt even walking around the temple grounds. Whether or not you share our faith, I strongly recommend making a visit.
The work done in the temple is service for the Dead so that individuals can enter, and return to, the presence of God, and that families can be together forever- and I mean that in a very literal and REAL sense. Families can be FOREVER.

Whenever I prepare myself to be on sacred ground, and to enter the House of the Lord, I feel the presence of the Holy Spirit, which gives me comfort and peace.
One of the coolest temples I have been able to see, can't wait till I have an opportunity to go there.
