We've bought furniture for nearly every room in our house from Garrison's and while we've experienced problems (orders not being made/shipped on time, and items arriving with damage) we continue going back because all problems are always corrected in a quick and friendly manner. We love shopping with Greg Pehrson in the store, he is the best and one of the main reasons we have faith that Garrison's will take care of us. The delivery crews are always professional and kind. Today we had Justin and Joe who were with both very nice and took care of our delivery quickly.
I have had the pleasure of working with the design team to pick out new furniture for a brand new house. Steve and Gail have been a pleasure to work with and really went above and beyond when picking out items for my house. They really listened to what we were looking for and came up with terrific ideas. The delivery team, Alex and Derek, were also great when the furniture was delivered. Care was taken with all the items! I am extremely happy with Garrison's and will continue to shop there for years to come. Thank you!
Phil Kavanaugh is very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and patient and helped me pick furnishings for my living room and master bedroom. Justin and Joe were the best delivery people -- they were extremely careful and protective not only of the furniture they were delivering, but of the space into which they were moving it. They even moved my piano so the new sofa could be placed exactly where I wanted it.
Ashley helped us pick out the perfect furniture for our new home. She was patient and very helpful. Also, Alex and Derek delivered furniture to us on two separate occasions and I was impressed with their punctuality, efficiency and professionalism. I have already told multiple people about our positive experience at your store. We will be back! Also our furniture arrived 3 weeks early!!!
The staff were helpful both at the store and home delivery. The furniture the store carries offers a wide variety of styles and finishes. We had to wait quite awhile to checkout (with our 2 small children in tow) because the woman previously assisting us was helping another customer. It took so long that my husband found another sales associate, who was happy to help us. When our furniture was delivered the men who delivered it were unsure how to put it together properly and parts were missing. Although we weren't thrilled about more time required the next day to set it up, the company sent another crew out promptly the next day to complete the job. All employees of Garrisons were polite and helpful. Despite a couple of "hiccups" we are very pleased overall and will shop here again.
