We were in the market for a new mattress and box spring. We worked with Drew who couldn't have been more pleasant. Very helpful and knowledgeable and NO high pressure sales. When I phoned him the next day with our decision, he was very prompt to return my call. The order was placed immediately that evening and the next day I received a call to schedule delivery. Justin and Jake, who delivered were equally pleasant and professional! And I really appreciated their "respect" of our home in that they rolled out a large mat at the front door, to ensure their shoes were clean when entering. That little detail really impressed me! All in all, the entire buying experience was a true pleasure. Thank you Team Garrison!
Justin and Keanu are awesome! They delivered our new mattress and took the old one away with great care. Actually called me to tell me they were running ahead of schedule. Perfect!! Jennifer was helpful in helping us pick our a new mattress. We will highly recommend Garrison's to our friends!
