I changed my review from bad too good because once we got the help we needed it was fair and we were treated right.
Went there and walked the store for 25 minutes without ever getting as much as a hello. Came and left with no acknowledgement. I'll never go back. Go to Ashley furniture where your business actually means something.
We bought a sofa and 2 recliners a month ago and were told it would take 2-3 weeks to receive our furniture. Our salesman was great, but we still don't have furniture and we get the runaround each time we call to inquire about it, with promises of call backs but no follow through. Getting tired of the runaround!! Would have preferred they had just said it would take 2 months to get it, and then be pleasantly surprised if it came early. Seems their system of getting furniture from their distribution center is poorly communicated and even more poorly executed.
