I was very pleased with all the models of washers/dryers that you had on display. When I go out to buy something, I want to see what I am buying, not be told they could order it for me. The sales lady was very friendly and informative. I love my new washer!
My sales representative (Adrian) was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me showing the different products and combinations available. Delivery was was on time and professional. There was a rack missing from my microwave and the store ordered it as soon as I called. I believe I got a good price on all three of my appliances. I would recommend West Coast to friends and family.
Great assistance, but they don't really compare with pricing. They also don't really care that toy show up with cash, they don't cut you a break at all for paying in full that day. No military discount offered unless someone opts it out of their commission.
I am very pleased with the product I bought, the quick and safe installation the guys performed, and they actually cleaned up the little bit of mess they made. The saleslady was great to work with and had a good idea of what I wanted. There was no high pressure to buy a product that I did not need nor want. I will come back to West Coast Appliance for future purchases. Thank you very much! The installers should be considered for a raise, lol! They did a super job! :D
Very easy process. Sales people listened to me about what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me anything. Changes and additions were done over phone and went smoothly. Delivery people were helpful when one item was damaged. They returned to store, picked up replacement and returned promptly.
