Place is literally the worst. They don't have anything in stock so don't get excited about bringing your thousands of dollars worth of furniture home with you. They say it'll take "a week and a half to two weeks" more like 2 weeks to 2 and a half if you're lucky - and that's just to get half of what you ordered. Expect to wait another month for the rest of it. (UPDATE: not just another month, count on waiting 2 months to get all your furniture). They'll give you "updates" - nope. You'll have to call to get your updates. If you're in the market for any furniture at all, I would STRONGLY suggest taking your hard earned money just about anywhere else. Even if you have to pay a little more, it might be worth it rather than having to deal with the PAIN and FRUSTRATION of doing business with Furniture Row.
Always love checking out the furniture row shops. Have purchased several times here over the past few years. Great service, including the space they give you to look and decide!
Just purchased a couch & love seat at a great deal, dealt with a salesperson by the name of Deanna Santa. She was just great and went out of her way for us.
Wow, what a bad experience. They told me 2-3 weeks to get my sofa 3 months later they delivered the wrong pieces. i bought the most expensive sofa there and the leather is already tearing 3 months in. Don’t waste your money with these guys.
We ordered a couch from furniture row and was told it would arrive within 7-10 days. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing we called and talked to Vincent. After some investigation he tells us the original salesman did not properly process our order, so nothing had been purchased. Vincent was more than happy to help us out with the purchase, but at $100 over our original cost, even though we still had the printed quote that stated 'good for 30 days'.
Price was half what I would have paid at Ashley Furniture, it really pays to shop.
There are way too many furniture stores to give this place your business. Buyer beware.
